I was once an out of shape smoker who decided to make a change in my life and get healthier and more active. I knew that this would entail a lot of work, but I also knew that the rewards would be far reaching. What I didn’t know was how far. Running has impacted every aspect of my life: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
When I started, I couldn’t even run one city block. I stuck with it and developed slowly. Now I have completed eight marathons, including qualifying and running Boston, and am already planning my next two. I also have completed numerous smaller distance races from 5k up to half marathons. I have successfully coached a lot of people to reach their goals, whether they be beginners or wanting to improve their time or increase their distance.
My goal is always to let you determine your path, I am merely here to guide you, encourage you, support you, inform you, and hopefully enable you to find the joy and satisfaction that running can bring to your whole life.
My journey has inspired me to develop “Run 4 Your Lives”; running clinics designed to help you get out of zombie-mode and reclaim your lives through healthy and safe running.
